Reiki attunements are available to be carried out at any time to yourself.  This can be done absently at a set time convenient to yourself.  This is a good way to raise your vibration - even though you may have already being attuned to either the Usui or Karuna Reiki systems already.

For the people who are new to Reiki, although the Reiki attunement process will be carried out absently or hands on in a workshop.  I will be available to help you through the process via e-mail and telephone to answer any questions you may have.  You will also receive a manual and certificate following the attunement.
